The proposed Joint Administrators are seeking parties interested in the business and assets of a solicitor’s practice that operates on a national basis in the core legal areas.

Practices in the following main areas of work: family law, insurance, civil, personal injury and consumer law;

c.150 live cases;

•

Work in Progress value of approximately £285k, a mixture of fixed fee and hourly rate; and
|
|
•
|
Current turnover c.£112k per annum
|

•
|
Assets available for sale include:

|
Goodwill;
|
|
•
|
Work in progress;
|
|
•
|
Debtor book of c.£30k (unencumbered);
|
|
•
|
Office equipment.
