Project Pod is an opportunity to acquire the trade and assets of a commercial construction company, based in Yorkshire.

Key Features

•	The Company was established approximately three years ago and operates from a premises located within the Yorkshire region which is leased under a 10 year lease with approx. 8 years and 3 months to run
•	The Company provides a wide range of construction services, across the following sectors: Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, Health, Retail, Industrial and Automotive.
•	Highly knowledgeable and experienced workforce (seven staff).
•	The Company has a good relationship with key subcontractors.
•	Turnover for the year ended 31 December 2021 £12.4m with Net Profit after tax of £461k (filed accounts), and turnover of £21.0m with Net Profit after tax of £173k for the year ended 31 December 2022 (draft management accounts).
•	Two live contracts with an estimated future revenue of £1m with completion due by the end of October 2023
•	Assets include: Office equipment, work in progress, live contracts, applications ledger and retentions ledger.

•	Indicative offers are required by 4.30pm on 7 August 2023, with a sale concluded shortly after and therefore only parties that are able to work within this time frame should respond. We reserve the right to extend the deadline or close the bidding early, without liability or advance notice.
